Body Combat®
A combination of exercises such as Karate, Tai Chi, Kick-boxing and Tae Kwon Do. An athletic workout that will soon have you ‘fighting fit’

Body Pump®
An energetic, low-impact workout that uses weights to tone your body and help you lose weight. Low impact means that your feet never leave the ground at the same time. This helps to reduce the pressure on your muscles
Body Step® A new version of the traditional step class. You can choose how hard you work by raising or lowering the level of your step. We set it to music, so that it is an enjoyable way to get fit

Legs, Bums and Tums or Hips, Thighs and Tums
Concentrates on certain areas of your body using aerobic exercises to tone up, shift extra pounds and keep your heart healthy

Aqua Aerobics
The resistance of the water helps make your heart and lungs stronger, tones your muscles and protects your joints and muscles from injuries

Insanity
Forget everything you think you know about high-intensity workouts. Because INSANITY turns old-school interval training on its head. If you’ve ever been to a Spin class, you know how that works. You motor along at a moderate pace for awhile – then all at once, you kick up your speed and heart rate – just for a minute or so. After that, it’s back to a lower gear, giving you plenty of time to catch your breath. But with INSANITY, you do exactly the opposite. You work flat out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It’s called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt.

Yoga
An alternative way of exercising to improve your mind, body and spirit. Yoga improves your posture and breathing, relieves stress and tension and makes you more flexible

Circuit Training
This class uses a course of exercises to work different parts of your body. It will make you stronger, more flexible and improve your stamina. Although this class is hard work, it is very popular and great fun

Tai Chi Chuan
A series of Chinese martial arts moves preformed in a pattern at a gentle pace

Moan, Groan and Tone
A mixture of aerobic exercises to get your heart pumping, followed by toning exercises. You will use hand weights and your own body weight to tone your body

RPM®
Take on the terrain as your inspiring team coach leads you on your bike through the hills, flats and mountain peaks over the equivalent of a 25km ride. You control the intensity of the workout through the resistance dial, riding speed and position, so riders of all abilities can work out together

Pilates
A great way to improve your posture, core stability and makes you more flexible. It also releases stress and tension, through a variety of floor based and balance exercises

Boxercise Kick
‘Get fighting fit and train like a champion kick-boxer, in this fun and dynamic pad-based class.  Burn fat, tone muscles, increase stamina and stress bust in next to no time as you kick and punch your way to fitness using drills and skills of the professionals.’

Fitball
Great for toning those stubborn areas, strengthens your stomach muscles and improves your posture
